Stikets offers a two-year warranty from the date of purchase on all Stikets products. In the case of products of other brands sold by Stikets, the guarantee term may vary.
If you detect an error or defect due to the production or shipping process, the product will be replaced or credited, provided that the incident is not due to the following cases:
- Accident or negligence of the client.
- Improper use or inadequate maintenance.
- Changes made without permission from Stikets.
- Normal wear and tear.
