7.9 Can I make changes to the color and design once the order is placed?

The system does not allow to modify or change the personalization of a confirmed order.

If your order has not been sent, we can proceed to cancel it. After the cancellation, you will receive via email a code for the total value of the order, which you can apply when processing your new order.
