2.4 How to receive the money from a return

Depending on the payment method you used, we will reimburse you as follows:

• Card: you will receive a credit to the account associated with your card, which you can check on your statement.
• Paypal: you will receive a credit in your PayPal account.
• Bank transfer: you will receive a credit directly to your bank account.

The refund will be made within 10 working days.
